The Eastlake Lofts is an intimate 39-unit live/work loft building converted from a 1920's reinforced brick and timber structure originally built as the Mutual Creamery Company. 

It is a classic example of the early 20th century utilitarian revival style, which combined function and aesthetics in industrial design.
